Snipd Goes Public: Here's a Clip
Arr arr. If you are not familiar with Snipd, lemme describe it. You clip stuff you find online and it automatically gets stored on your Snipd page that you can share with no one, with friends, or with the world.
Why, you ask? Well you have clearly never tried it. Its completely addictive. What it essentially enables is an easy way to record the things to find, and share that stream of stuff as a sort of third party blog that one might find highly interesting.
Here's a snapshot of what my first post looked like, which is a grab from the blog Wonkette.
Now, I'll admit this wasn't a cheery thing to grab, but you get the idea, and I am a political junkie so that is what my stream would be about.
This, dis here t'ing is a game changer, folks. If they can add blogging functionality to this, and how hard can it be says the marketing guy with NO knowledge of technology, this will be the future of blogging. Mark my words, guys n gals!
One thing: It doesn't seem to like Java at all, and I have had more than a few lock ups of my browser lasting upwards of a minute. But these are bugs that can presumably get worked out.
Thanks for reading and don't forget to write.
